I agree to all Terms and Conditions. I certify I am the appropriate age, have contacted the transfer FFL dealer and legally allowed to purchase the items above. I agree to pay any dealer fees associated with the transfer. If I am not legally allowed to purchase an item, I agree to pay a restocking fee plus return shipping expenses. I agree that cancellation requests must be approved by Almighty Arms. If a cancellation request cannot be accommodated, I agree to return the merchandise according to Almighty Arms’s stated return policy. I agree that only non-transferred firearms are eligible for refund, and that all ammo sales are final.
