Limited lifetime Warranty

This Limited Warranty is issued by Almighty Arms (“we” or “us” or “our”) to “You,” the original retail purchaser (also “YOUR”) of a Almighty Arms product (the “Product”). This Limited Warranty gives You specific legal rights, and You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Who and what is covered by this warranty?

This warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair or replace the firearm/part or defect at its discretion, and to pay transportation and insurance charges for return of the firearm to You for a rightful warranty claim. This warranty will be in effect during the time that YOU, the original retail purchaser, own the product. Proof of original purchase is required.

Modification of firearm will void this warranty.

What is not covered?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage or condition determined by Almighty Arms to be caused by: unauthorized repairs, disassembly, adjustments or modifications, carelessness, negligence, misuse, or unsafe handling; normal wear and tear; failure to properly or reasonably store, use, or maintain the product; hand-loaded, reloaded, remanufactured, or defective ammunition. Under no circumstances shall Almighty Arms be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
